Matthew 11:29

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Jesus Christ is not only a Redeemer but a sanctifier. You must receive Him in all His offices: as your Prophet to instruct you, your Priest to make atonement for you, and your King to reign over you. If you take Christ as your Saviour but refuse Him as your Lord, you take Christ by halves and that is no taking of Him at all.
Nevertheless, all who are called through the gospel are called earnestly. For God earnestly and most genuinely reveals in his Word what is pleasing to him: that those who are called should come to him.
