Deuteronomy 4:42

That the slayer might flee thither, which should kill his neighbour unawares, and hated him not in times past; and that fleeing unto one of these cities he might live:

φεύγειν ἐκεῖ τὸν φονευτὴν ὃς ἂν φονεύσῃ τὸν πλησίον οὐκ εἰδώς, καὶ οὗτος οὐ μισῶν αὐτὸν πρὸ τῆς ἐχθὲς οὐδὲ πρὸ τῆς τρίτης· καὶ καταφεύξεται εἰς μίαν τῶν πόλεων τούτων, καὶ ζήσεται·
