Acts 22:26

When the centurion heard that, he went and told the chief captain, saying, Take heed what thou doest: for this man is a Roman.

ἀκούσας δὲ ὁ ἑκατοντάρχης προσελθὼν τῷ χιλιάρχῳ ἀπήγγειλεν λέγων· τί μέλλεις ποιεῖν; ὁ γὰρ ἄνθρωπος οὗτος Ῥωμαῖός ἐστιν.

Quo audito, centurio accessit ad tribunum, et nuntiavit ei, dicens : Quid acturus es ? hic enim homo civis Romanus est.

And when the centurion heard it, he went to the chief captain and told him, saying, What art thou about to do? for this man is a Roman.
