Psalms 10:13

Wherefore doth the wicked contemn God? he hath said in his heart, Thou wilt not require it.

עַל מֶ֤ה נִאֵ֖ץ רָשָׁ֥ע אֱלֹהִ֑ים אָמַ֥ר בְּ֝/לִבּ֗/וֹ לֹ֣א תִּדְרֹֽשׁ
