This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it.

Et hæc est interpretatio sermonis. Mane : numeravit Deus regnum tuum, et complevit illud.

τοῦτο τὸ σύγκριμα τῆς γραφῆς Ἠρίθμηται ὁ χρόνος σου τῆς βασιλείας, ἀπολήγει ἡ βασιλεία σου·
