2 Chronicles 30:8
Now be ye not stiffnecked, as your fathers were, but yield yourselves unto the LORD, and enter into his sanctuary, which he hath sanctified for ever: and serve the LORD your God, that the fierceness of his wrath may turn away from you.
KJV
Nolite indurare cervices vestras, sicut patres vestri : tradite manus Domino, et venite ad sanctuarium ejus quod sanctificavit in æternum : servite Domino Deo patrum vestrorum, et avertetur a vobis ira furoris ejus.
Vulgate
LXX
Now be ye not stiffnecked, as your fathers were; but yield yourselves unto Jehovah, and enter into his sanctuary, which he hath sanctified for ever, and serve Jehovah your God, that his fierce anger may turn away from you.
