1 Chronicles 12:19

And there fell some of Manasseh to David, when he came with the Philistines against Saul to battle: but they helped them not: for the lords of the Philistines upon advisement sent him away, saying, He will fall to his master Saul to the jeopardy of our heads.

Porro de Manasse transfugerunt ad David, quando veniebat cum Philisthiim adversus Saul ut pugnaret : et non dimicavit cum eis, quia inito consilio remiserunt eum principes Philisthinorum, dicentes : Periculo capitis nostri revertetur ad dominum suum Saul.

καὶ ἀπὸ Μανασσὴ προσεχώρησαν πρὸς Δαυεὶδ ἐν τῷ ἐλθεῖν τοὺς ἀλλοφύλους ἐπὶ Σαοὺλ εἰς πόλεμον· καὶ οὐκ ἐβοήθησαν αὐτοῖς, ὅτι ἐν βουλῇ ἐγένετο παρὰ τῶν στρατηγῶν τῶν ἀλλοφύλων λεγόντων Ἐν ταῖς κεφαλαῖς τῶν ἀνδρῶν ἐκείνων ἐπιστρέψει πρὸς τὸν κύριον αὐτοῦ Σαούλ.
